Kia Ora FM 89.8 Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules For All Competitions/Promotions On Its Website

1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules apply to all competitions and promotions run by Kia Ora FM through its website.

2. Entry into the competition/promotion is deemed acceptance of Kia Ora FM 89.8 Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules. Kia Ora FM 89.8 reserves the right to exclude any person from any of its competitions/promotions on any grounds it sees fit.

3. Prizewinner(s) will be determined by random draw (unless otherwise specified or determined by Kia Ora FM 89.8). Prizewinner(s) will be notified by Kia Ora FM 89.8 by phone and/or mail or such other means as it determines.

4. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash or transferable. Only the person who originally entered the competition/promotion can be awarded the prize(s). No other family members, friends, office associates or any other person will be able to participate on another person's behalf.

5. Multiple entries are acceptable unless otherwise determined by Kia Ora FM 89.8 but each must be made as a separate entry.

6. Kia Ora FM 89.8 decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Where the prize is of an adult nature as determined by Kia Ora FM 89.8, the winner must be 18 years of age or over and provide suitable identification (passport or drivers license) to verify their age before the prize is awarded.

8. Employees of Tanenuiarangi Manawatu Incorporated Roopu and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate families" includes Spouses, Partners, Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

9. To the extent permitted by law Kia Ora FM 89.8 will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prizes.

10. By participating, all winners grant Kia Ora FM 89.8 exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeliness in connection with competitions/promotions and wwinners waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.

11. All personal details provided to participate in competitions/promotions will be held by Kia Ora FM 89.8 and entries may be used by Kia Ora FM 89.8 for future promotional and marketing purposes.

12. Kia Ora FM reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is found to have violated a Kia Ora FM 89.8 rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition/promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.

13. No purchase is necessary to win unless otherwise specified by Kia Ora FM 89.8.

14. Allow up to two weeks for the delivery of the prize(s), unless otherwise stated or other arrangements have been made as determined by Kia Ora FM 89.8.

15. Rules may be amended from time to time as determined by Kia Ora FM 89.8.

16. Kia Ora FM 89.8 reserves the right to discontinue a competition/promotion at any stage.

17. Where stipulated on the competition/promotion's website page, you MUST answer your phone when you are called by the on-air team to be eligible for your prize - if you don't answer their phone call, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to the person who answers their phone.
