Taiaha classes for boys every Monday & Tuesday afternoons
Where: Tukorehe Marae, Main Rd, KUKU
Time: 4-5pm
Days: Mondays 7 - 12 yrs old
Tuesday 13 - 18 yrs old
Tutor: Tipi Wehipeihana
No cost, just provide transpost to & from marae for your son/nephew/moko etc
What to bring: A manuka or hard rakau, potae & water
Come to learn: Taiaha, karakia, ngeri, haka, pao, kaor, ahai, te reo & discipline

Community Kapa Haka
Community Kapa Haka at St Peter's College in the School Hall Monday nights from 6.30pm - 7.30pm. It's a chance to enjoy kapa haka and te reo in a social environment that is open to EVERYONE. No experience is necessary but if you do have experience please come along and share with us!!!

Prisoners Aid & Rehabilitation Society of Manawatu Inc
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We require volunteers:
(We have an urgent need for women drivers to take family members to visit at Manawatu Prison).
We are a society working in the Manawatu and surrounding areas to support those who have been affected by the Justice System and to assist in their re-intergration into the community. We support both offender and family whanau.

FREE Women's Health Collective
The Women's Health Collective is a FREE service for women, providing health information and some health services. There is a cervical screening clinic on Tuesday mornings (by appointment) that is FREE for Maori, Pasifika and Asian women.The Collective have subsidized counsellors and lower cost complimentary therapists including a naturopath, massage person and osteopath. One to one support and referrals to other free and low cost services are available.
